Jen Raiche | Your Marketing Sidekick
Hello! I'm so glad you're here!
You're nervous. It's hard to let someone in. Especially into your business. Business is personal. You've invested a lot of time, effort and energy into your business and it's difficult to convey that to someone new.
Teaming up can mean more for your business!
Have you ever watched a cooking show, where the chef is orchestrating in the kitchen and overseeing but doing very little cooking? Yet the food comes out wonderfully and his diners are quite pleased.
Have you ever tried to carry your groceries all in one trip into your house? It's one of those times when you know you should make multiple trips, but you'd like to just get the job done quickly.
Now, imagine you're the chef, directing the kitchen while your staff works diligently under your supervision.
Imagine you're unloading your groceries, balancing them all in ways you know might lead to disaster, and then a good friend approaches and unloads half of them from your arms. Aaah. Sweet relief.
A team can bring relief.
Once you're part of a collaborative team, you'll see that letting go of one thing means you can hold onto or direct something else that's more essential. Something that really needs your time or attention.
Collaborating with a team also means working together. Technology brings teams together so nobody misses a beat. Everybody is on the same page and working toward a common goal.

Behind the Mask
Jen's had a passion for marketing and design since
she was seven years old. Armed with a word processor and a dot matrix printer, she often created birthday signs and greeting cards for her family members and neighbors.
Fast forward thirty years. Her tools have been (massively) upgraded, and she's graduated with a Marketing degree from Northern Michigan University. For the past five years, she's worked on behalf of businesses to be the marketing muscle for their brand. From creating and carrying out a complete marketing strategy to consulting and creating as-needed, her work varies as clients' needs vary. Through it all, she works "in pursuit of excellence" on every project and endeavor.
